Payments: The Whimsy Factory, LLC accepts all major credit cards through our payment processor PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. Simply choose credit card or PayPal once you are redirected to the PayPal site. Payments must be made at the time of the order. Shipping: Most of our orders ship out via United States Postal Service within 3 business days of your order. Tracking will be provided via email. Shipping and handling is $5 per order, and orders over $100 ship FREE with the code “freeship”. At this time we are only able to offer shipping within the United States. If you have questions about shipping prior to ordering please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns: Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase/delivery. Original payment (less shipping and handling costs) will be refunded after items are received and verified. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must email us at email@example.com prior to mailing any products. For in-person purchases at fairs and expos a copy of the emailed or texted receipt is required. Online customers must include their order number or a copy of the invoice.
